The Leader of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, Cllr Stuart Bray (Lib Dem, Hinckley Castle), has promoted the second year of the authority freezing its Council Tax, with help from a Government scheme, whilst protecting frontline services, on the debut edition of a brand new BBC One political programme.

Local Liberal Democrats have welcomed news that business leaders have backed the £1bn Youth Contract, announced by Liberal Democrat Leader and Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg in November.
