Liberal Democrats in Leicestershire will be among thousands of party members from across the country attending their party's annual conference this weekend. The conference will be held online rather than at the traditional seaside venues though due to continuing covid-19 concerns. Amongst those attending the conference are Councillor Michael Mullaney, Leader of the opposition on Leicestershire County Council.
